Integrate vTiger with other systems and databases. Boru can configure vTiger to share data with the other software that you need:
- Flow data directly from your web forms to your vTiger

+ Google Maps Integration
Google Maps Integration allows you to see where a customer or contact is located from within vTiger. Another userful feature is that it will also display nearby customers and contacts as well. With this information at your sales team's fingertips, they will be able to get from place to place without driving back and forth across town. Just check which contacts are nearby and plan your route accordingly.
First, select a contact and click the Map button:
Then, a map will display with all nearby contacts listed on the left. In this screenshot, everything but qualified leads is filtered out:

No matter where your leads are coming from, the Leadscraper can pull them all into vTiger by breaking down the text from emails. The Leadscraper is an excellent tool for parsing and automatically importing leads from:
- Web forms
- Purchased leads
Use leadscraper to parse any regular data, meaning any text that you receive in a predictable form. It can automate based on any number of form templates. This includes tasks beyond lead creation (i.e. data transfer to insurance quoting systems, data feeds from insurance carriers, etc). The leadscrapper can even monitor equipment uptime and send you an alert if it is down (The equipment must be capable of sending emails).
Say you have a form on your website for customers to fill out support requests. You might have somebody check the account for support requests, and when an email comes in they create a trouble ticket, associate it with the appropriate contact, and assign the trouble ticket to one of your support employees to resolve.
If you get more than a handful of support requests, that's a lot of work.
The Leadscraper can automate this step for your support staff, because the process described above is exactly what the Leadscraper does.
Actually, it is just one example of what the Leadscraper does.
You might also have a form for quote requests. The Leadscraper would try to match the sender to your vTiger database, and if it's not there, it'll automatically create a new contact using the form data, and assign the quote request to sales.

+ RoundRobin Lead Assignment
Lead assignment can be a tricky business. In the simplest case,
leads are distributed evenly among your sales reps in rotation. Even then, you have
to remember who was assigned the last lead. And if there is more than one
person assigning leads, coordination quickly becomes a problem.
The Round Robin lead assignment customization automatically assigns leads to your sales team.
With automated lead assignment you can do more than just assign leads in
rotation. Set leads according to profiles and ensure that your 9am-5pm and 5pm-9am workers get appropriate leads. You can distribute leads by type or according to profiles. For example, only
distribute a lead to a sales rep in the same region. Or you can set
sales criteria on a per sales rep basis, such as a minimum or maximum number of leads
per day.
The criteria themselves are only limited by the information that you gather about
leads and can be used in any combination.

As a performance measurement tool, you can use our dashboards to calculate calls to sales ratios for any user at any given period of time. Or make the calculation more nuanced and ignore certain types of leads. No matter the complexity, your dashboard is a just a click away.
You aren't just limited to vTiger data either. Dashboards can integrate information from any of your software to give you the big picture, color coded, all in one place.
Dashboards are a great motivational tool. Incentives, such as commissions or bonuses, are most effective when they are received soon after a goal is met. Dashboards give your sales team the ability to track their commissions from pending to approved.
One motivation booster of ours is a dashboard where users set a goal
for the number of calls they will make in a day, the number of times they will speak live, and the number of
applications they will complete. Each day the user logs in, it displays the previous day's goals, the actual numbers, and asks the user for a new set of goals for the day.
Another motivational tool displays different sales teams' performance ranked against the others.
