	Get the whole picture wherever you are by integrating vTiger with QuickBooks. You can easily transfer Contacts, Accounts, and Quotes to QuickBooks and keep them sync'd afterwards. After you send a Contact to QuickBooks, future QuickBooks transactions are stored in that Contact's vTiger History. Boru's vTiger QuickBooks Integration is flexible. Field mappings are fully configurable. For Contacts, Accounts, Invoices, Quotes, and Sales Orders , you choose what goes where. 	Setup It's easy to set the Integration up. Just Open QuickBooks and the Web Connector and you're ready to go. Once the Web Connector is started, it will automatically open QuickBooks to perform transfers. Open QuickBooks Login as Admin Set Multi-user mode Open the Web Connector Accept the Certificate Make sure 'Auto Run' is ticked and you are ready.
	Field Mapping and Settings We designed our integration with flexibility in mind. Our configuration page lets you decide exactly how to send Contacts, Accounts, Quotes, Invoices, and Sales Orders to QuickBooks. Each field in vTiger can be individually mapped to the appropriate field in QuickBooks. You can equate your QuickBooks Customers with vTiger Contacts or Accounts, or both. Each vTiger Contact and Account field can be mapped to the appropriate Customer field in QuickBooks. vTiger transactions can be sent to QuickBooks as Invoices, Sales Orders, or Sales Receipts. Again each field is mapped individually to the appropriate QuickBooks field. Send vTiger transactions automatically based on Status. In addition to custom field mappings, you can also set alerts to be emailed when the following actions take place: Transaction successfully sent to QuickBooks Transaction failed to send to QuickBooks Account/Contact successfully sent to QuickBooks Account/Contact failed to send to QuickBooks A minimum interval between alerts can be set to prevent excessive alerts. 	Send a Contact to QuickBooks Just click the 'Add to QB' button and the current Contact in vTiger will be sent to QuickBooks as a Customer. You can customize the field mapping from the settings page in vTiger. Map any field in vTiger to nearly any field in QuickBooks. Future transactions in QuickBooks will be stored in this Contact's history in vTiger. Login to vTiger Select a Contact Click 'Add to QB' The Contact is now in QuickBooks Create a Transaction in QuickBooks Click 'Transactions to VT' from the Contact Detail View in vTiger Within one minute the transactions will appear in vTiger
	Send an Account to QuickBooks Just click the 'Add to QBÂ’ button and the current Account in vTiger will be sent to QuickBooks as a Customer. Customize the field mapping from the settings page in vTiger. Map any field in vTiger to nearly any field in QuickBooks. Login to vTiger Select an Account Click 'Add to QB' The Account is now in QuickBooks
	Send a Transaction to QuickBooks Send Quotes, Sales Orders, and Invoices from vTiger to QuickBooks. Perform the transfer at the click of a button, or automate based on a condition (i.e. Send to QuickBooks if Invoice Status = Paid). How each transaction is sent to QuickBooks is fully configurable. Any vTiger transaction can be sent to QuickBooks as a Sales Order, Sales Receipt, or Invoice. Individually map transaction fields to their respective QuickBooks fields. Login to vTiger Select an Invoice, Quote, or Sales Order Click 'Add to QB' The transaction is now in QuickBooks
